Under the Oaks returns March 13-15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Riverside Park in Vero Beach. More than 200 fine artists and craftsmen exhibit under the beautiful old oaks in Riverside Park. Presented by the Vero Beach Art Club. For more information, call 231.0303.
