The upstairs area was complete enough by
March 2021 that the couple was able to move
in while still working on the rest of the renovation.
A small kitchen, with white and tan wicker
cabinets, a microwave, hot plate and a mid-sized
fridge made accommodations functional and
magical. Out of the sliders is a spacious balcony
that juts out over the greenery below and gives
the illusion of floating all the way to the Indian
River. It’s an extraordinary place for a morning’s
coffee or a cup of wine in the evening.

“One door went to the vanity, toilet and shower,”
Cieslinski says. “Another to the closet. And
another accessed a small office, storage room.”
The wholly incorporated area makes up
the master bath with a large, beautifully tiled
shower, where Dias achieved the homeowners’
concept of a chic herringbone design using oversized
white rectangular tiles. The built-in bench
seat and dual shower heads complete an impressive
plan. A white oval soaking tub crystalizes
