give Tesoro residents a nearby place to shop. The upscale
design features white-fronted buildings with striped
awnings, veranda, and a pond with waterfall, extending
the length of the center, in front of the shops.
“The idea of Tesoro is to bring the exclusive and private
luxury lifestyle to the Treasure Coast,” Congdon said.
Tesoro’s in-home concierge service will do almost anything,

from cleaning to repairs to party planning to picking
up something at the store, Congdon said.
“We had someone out on the golf course once who
expressed a wish for a certain kind of crab he’d never tasted.
Before he finished playing, we made up some and delivered
it to him right on the course. That’s an example of the kind
of thing we do here. We are very attuned to conversations. If
we think there is something that someone desires, and we
can take care of it, we do.”
