KUDOS CONTINUE FOR
SANSONE GROUP INDUSTRIAL PARK
The North Fork of the St. Lucie River winds idyllically through the City of Port St. Lucie. The city-built Riverwalk, a boardwalk that runs along a portion of
the eastern bank of the river, provides residents with access to recreation and entertainment.

Port St. Lucie’s new industrial park at Tradition
garnered an armload of awards in 2021. The
425-acre space is home to FedEx Ground, and
soon will be home to an Amazon delivery station, a
warehouse and distribution center for Florida food
distributor Cheney Brothers, and more businesses
are coming.
The Class A industrial park, owned by Sansone
Group, was awarded the Impact Award in its category
by Business Facilities Magazine. Also, Expansion
Solutions Magazine gave St. Lucie County a thumbs
up, saying it is South Florida’s hottest new industrial
development market.
Also being recognized are:
Wastewater Plant Award – In February, the city’s
Glades Wastewater Treatment Facility was honored
with the Focus on Change 2021 Plant Operations
Excellence Award, given by the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection. The award is presented
annually to facilities that demonstrate a commitment
to excellence in operations, maintenance and compliance.
