St. Lucie County, the Tradition-Gatlin Boulevard
area of Port St. Lucie is brimming with shoppers
from all over the county and beyond.
On any day of the week The Landing, Town Square, along
with Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart and Home Depot on Gatlin
Boulevard are humming with activity, which is what Core
Communities envisioned when Tradition was planned.
“Our objective is to brand Tradition as a destination, as
a place to live, a place to work, a place to play, and yes, a
place to shop,” said Wes McCurry, president of Tradition
Development. “I believe it’s already becoming such a
destination.”
