Just on the south side of The
Landing, the Longhorn Steakhouse
opened in May, and the Olive Garden is
scheduled to open in August.
“We’re looking forward to the Olive
Garden and the Longhorn opening,”
said Mike Waninger, who lives in
Tradition and recently persuaded his
mother and his daughter to buy homes
there, too. “What’s interesting is that
they’ve built a community within a larger
community here. Tradition is becoming
a hub for shopping and all sorts of
lifestyle activities as well. It’s got a small
town appeal.”
