The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum
drew a crowd of 15,000 to its annual
Muster in honor of veterans in November,
bringing people from across the
United States and around the world
to St. Lucie County. Throughout the year visitors
come to the Treasure Coast to marvel at the
SEALs almost superhuman feats. These legendary
fighters brought down arch-terrorist Osama Bin
Laden in 2011, arousing even keener interest and
making their newly expanded museum and new
veteran’s memorial a must-see destination.
‘‘ WHAT READERS SAY
An absolutely beautiful place. After visiting ’’ you
will realize, “All gave some, some gave all.’
‘‘ ’’ Terrific displays letting visitors know about the history, past and present, of the
U.S. Navy SEALs. The Museum is improving its exhibits monthly and always
something ‘‘ new to see. The volunteers are extremely helpful and happy to help.
Offers visual and many displays of history as well as the new memorial
wall to honor those SEALs who have given their lives for us and their
country. Very educational for kids as well as all adults.
