serve. They made changes to the menu about
six months ago and add new items at least once
a year.
“Our little kitchen produces a lot of volume,”
said Michael Trabulsy, the 12A Buoy general manager
who started as an all-around helper in 2012.
Trabulsy helps oversee a staff of 50 including 10
cooks. “I like everything about my job,” he said.
“There is always something new every day.
It keeps you on your toes.”
12A Buoy is a popular restaurant and was voted
Best Seafood Restaurant on the Treasure Coast
for 2014 by readers of Indian River Magazine. On
average, the restaurant serves 500 tables a day.
