The laid-back establishment wants
customers to feel at home
Fort Pierce’s first brewery has made its home in a centuryold
Fort Pierce photographer’s residence once slated
for demolition.
“We fell in love with these two buildings and the
history of downtown Fort Pierce,” says Nick Bischoff,
co-owner of Sailfish Brewing Co. on Second Street in redeveloping
Edgartown. “We want to be the premier brewery and continue to
bring the freshest beer possible to the Treasure Coast. Downtown
Fort Pierce is one of the coolest spots and hopefully we will have a
lot to do with that.”
