love chandeliers so you’ll notice there’s one in almost every room of
the house,” said Rhonda. Even the three full baths and two half baths
in the house have unique details. The powder bath features a
Habersham “Chinoiserie” commode which Rhonda had made into a
sink cabinet. The cabana bath has a beautiful shell mirror and the
girls’ bathroom adjoining their bedrooms has a crystal petal chandelier

and a Marseille sconce in peridot and amethyst crystals with tulip
bulb covers. Woody Bradshaw, an Indian River Shores resident and
cracked china artist, created the girls’ bathroom mirror and trash bin
using china from the girls’ great-grandmother.
The couple also has an impressive collection of artwork throughout
the house that they have collected in their travels to Italy and Greece.
On a trip to Italy, they purchased an Antonio Di Vicarro painting
called “Positano La Cattedrale.’’ A Colin Maxwell Parsons painting,
entitled “Wildflower,’’ hangs above the fireplace mantle in the formal
living room. The mantle and fireplace are just a few of the many customized
features in the house.
The wood floors throughout the house are made of Brazilian walnut,
a heavy and hearty wood. The stone flooring is select grade A
