BLUE HAWAIIAN
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce Blue
Curacao liqueur
2 ounces pineapple
juice
1 ounce cream of
coconut
Maraschino cherry
1 slice pineapple
Blend liquids with
about a cup of ice in a
blender at until frozen
and pour into a highball
glass. Garnish with
a Maraschino cherry
and a slice of pineapple.
LEMON DROP MARTINI (not pictured)
11⁄2 ounces Ketel One Citron vodka
Splash of Cointreau
Splash of sour mix
Three or four fresh-squeezed lemon wedges
Sugar in the Raw for glass rim.
Shake liquids over ice. Strain into a raw sugar-rimmed martini
glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

11⁄2 oz Stolichnaya Vodka
Razberi
11⁄2 oz Cointreau
Splash of cranberry juice
Fresh raspberries
Shake ingredients with ice
and strain into a chilled
martini glass. Add a splash
of cranberry juice. Garnish
with an orange twist. The
cheat: Shake Van Goghbrand
Pomegranate-flavored
vodka with ice and
strain into a martini glass.
Also good served on the
rocks.
